With the launch of our new site, we have activated a new feature: A Customer REWARDS program. The purpose of this program is to reward our customers for their loyalty based on previous purchases of Tumbleweed Soap Company products.

So how does it work? Here's the deal:

1. Every purchase of TW products earns you REWARD points that will be added to your account once a purchase is made.

2. REWARDS points can be redeemed for TW Gift Certificates that can be used towards your future orders.

100 points = $5 Gift Certificate
125 points = $10 Gift Certificate
250 points = $25 Gift Certificate
400 points = $50 Gift Certificate
660 points = $100 Gift Certificate

The more points that you save up before redeeming for a Gift Certificate, the better deal you get.  We have set it up so, in essence, you receive at minimum 5%, up to 15% off, your previous purchases when redeeming for a gift certificate.

Well, let me start by saying the tan really didn’t happen, except for the little sunshine that we did get at lunchtime. The conference was stacked with classes all day and from the very first class we knew that we were in for a good conference. The good thing for us was that there was two of us and we were able to “divide and conquer” in order to hit sessions that were running simultaneously. I think we were able to take at least one thing from each of the sessions and in many cases it was many things.

Don’t be mistaken. Among all the work, we had a little fun as well. Tuesday night we were treated to a great dinner, mango martinis, and entertainment by comedians Wendy Liebman and Jon Reep – all sponsored and organized by Essential Wholesale – thanks guys!

Now I feel REALLY short!

Now is the work though. Now we have to sit down together and learn what each other learned and figure out how we are going to apply it to our business.

Thanks to the HSMG for a great conference! It was great to meet all the people that we did that share this passion. We look forward to everyone coming to Denver in 2010!
